NC Weimaraner Club: The Tarheel Weimaraner Club is an AKC licensed club based in Raleigh, North Carolina. There are currently over 150 members, including 20 breeders.

The club holds dog related events sthroughout the year. Events include a Specialty Show and Obedience Trial, an AKC Field Trial, AKC Hunt Tests, AKC Tracking Tests, and WCA Ratings Tests.

The club also has a very active Rescue Program which assists in re-homing Weimaraners in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. We have rescued and placed over 200 Weimaraners.
